This has been researched and stated by many professionals.
My reading is that it is speculation posed by silver pundits. That doesn't mean it's wrong but personally, I don't group rumors and facts together. I'd like to see an audit and I wouldn't be shocked if the actual ounces of silver didn't equal the number of shares outstanding. But please, distinguish between fact and speculation.
