There are a lot more than just 1 man who believe that but I agree, it's only suspicion or conjecture, not fact, although a reasonable circumstantial case can be made that makes for interesting thought. Personally I don't need a conspiracy theory to see silver as a compelling investment and SLV is one way to play it.
