I may be missing something, but note the Operating Systems listed for this product. MSFT is MISSING:

Greenhills INTEGRITY
MontaVista Linux
Wind River VxWorks

It is possible that Certicom has been tasked with building some of the connections to those OS that Wave has neither the resources or interest at this time in managing.
