2. Why did BEHL have to post 2.5 Billion Shares as collateral for the 5 Million Debenture? BNPD is the main recipient of these funds ( 4 million BNPD / 1 million BEHL ). Will BNPD have to match BEHL's contribution to accommodate the Brokers ? If ALL valuable assets were transferred to BNPD, why didn't Brokers ensure the 2.5 Billion Share Collateral Requirement was tied to the company with Valuable Assets (BNPD) ? Why did they invoke this requirement on BEHL, if ALL Intellectual Property was transferred out of the company ?

Kindly ask Monica the following.

1. Why didn't the companies use the date of the "done deal" as the determination of Dividend shares to be paid by BNPD. Why keep burdening BNPD stockholders with unlimited number of new shares issued by BEHL for 2 months after the announcement. It's not fair to BNPD stockholders. Especially since BEHL has increased authorized by 2.5 billion shares.

2. Is BEHL looking at larger markets for the algae farm technology sales: including Organic Farmers, Overseas Governments like Israel. The one guy in HI is great, and the lady who wants to sell to Indian Tribes is good. Monica needs to concentrate on the broader groups of people who are already farmers, and simply want to transform a couple of acres of land into algae farms.

3. Has BNPD been printing and dumping more shares? She should know since she will be BNPD's new president. I think the reason BNPD has collapsed is due to BNPD selling new shares, and investors simply dump them for a quick profit. The MM's have to buy and keep lowering their Bid, and when no takers on the Ask, they next lower that. It's a simply cycle of lots of supply, and No Demand.

4. Does she have an understanding that ENERGY BEVERAGES HAVE TO BE SOLD THROUGH ESTABLISHED DISTRIBUTORS AND CHAINS? Otherwise, there will be no sales, and BNPD will continue to be worthless stock.
