However it still disturbs me that this "balloting" was made haphazardly to say the least. So what is/was the point of doing so? Just to gauge the sentiment towards settlement? I do not believe that the tally will be correct as some not knowing what to do others mislead/misdirected/no clear cut advise from their brokers.
I've never seen anything like this before.
However I still believe that SS/Justin was working/preparing for trial in the background, even though I had my doubts along the way. JPM will not settle voluntarily unless pressed to the wall or judgment against them. Not having heard from the EC+++, keeping info and strategy close to the vest IMO.
Rosenbud must be jumping in/out of his skin not knowing of what to expect next, not giving him and the debt holders any inkling in the meantime.
Maybe for Dec. 1st, they (adversaries) should take multiple changes of underwear with them :-) LOL
