If the company holds another investor confrence call, it would be interesting to ask if the company has - say in the past year - filed any SEC requests for confidential treatment. I'm not suggesting a request for the specifics...just if those documents were filed, and if so, when they might be made public.

Yes, that all appears to be correct,...


however, the SEC has, since May 1, 2008, released the Confidential Treatment Orders, whereby the SEC agrees not to publicly disclose the information that was requested to be kept confidential. So, I am assuming that, since the SEC has issued no such orders for ERHC related requests, ERHC has not made any such requests.
