The filings show otherwise (to me at least). Heck, by the regulations and the SEC, he is DEFINED as a person with influence over the management of the company. Given his agreement to not manage and the definition that he IS ASSUMED to manage, the affairs of the company, he had one choice and ONLY one choice...to say NOTHING, not one word to the management. His ONLY choice was to take the patents when the default occurred. He CHOSE, for whatever reason, to not do so. He managed the affairs of the company and when it didn't work out the way he wanted, he declares a default? (this is his story, I believe it was far more malicious than that)
