Ben, I need your thoughts on something. The crux of the relief Diac is asking for is the money due on the various notes, about $3M give or take. He is asking the court, if he wins, to take possession and sell the patent. He then is asking them to pay him the money due under the original judgment ($100M give or take). Is that your understanding?

Cause I can also read it that he will ONLY get the $3M owed him.
