There was no in-chambers meeting on Tuesday {presumed, nor mentioned}.

But if you listen to the audio, the reason #'s 30-33 and 37 (per my memory) were deferred, was due to an "in-chambers" meeting held the day before on Monday (10/8)

That was the first we knew of it. Was stated verbally in court. Listen to the audio (see sticky) the comment was made right at the beginning of the hearing.
