As usual, the bagholders try to spin it out of desparation. How many times did I tell them? Now, listen to me carefully. They will lose against Daic and they will not get anything with TM. It's obvious the state judge is in Williamson's pocket and TM isn't stupid. TM won't do a deal with CLYW with Daic involved. Take any profits.
I agree this is not good... CURRENT management of Calypso needs to finally get ITS day in court. It appears that Calypso has two distinct enemies right now, T-Mobile and Daic. While I would not say they are "conspiring" I would say they have a mutual interest in trading blows with the company using the respective court cases to their advantage.
