What TMob's interpretation of the change in court date will be I don't know. However, if they would rather deal with Calypso then with Diac or take a risk on loosing the patent in a sale, then it might be in their best interest to cut the deal now and allow the company to pay off Diac. But your guess is as good as mine.

This may not be bad at all, other than for all of us so anxiously awaiting the end of this drama. Markle is relatively new on this case and the extra time will only help him get more familiar with the issues. He wanted a change in courts which still may be granted as no ruling from the judge has been made. It is still U/A, it seems.

If T-Mobile and CLYW reach agreement, the money will be there to payoff any debts owed to Daic, if in fact the crud were to prevail in the State court.

Lawyers and courts work at their own speed. We have to be more patient, even though it is difficult. I'm a long and have been for over 3 years. This is still an interesting story and I'm on CLYW's side for victory in the end.

Keep the faith. It will be worth it. Enjoy the holidays and we should hear something from the T-Mobile case before mid-December. Settlement or extension of the Stay. Seems this would only be granted if there is true progress.
