Who doesn't lobby congress to get thier agendas introduced in bills and hopefully passed in thier favor?
The truth of the matter is everyone does it; the special intrest groups just tend to recieve more press about it. Think about it; does anyone realize how much the NRA gives to congress? If it hadn't been for this particular group we wouldn't have the freedom to own even a toy cap gun. For disclosure: I love my guns and the NRA and the work they do on my behalf. Here I am just making a point that this is nothing new and it is not entirely bad, it is how our system works.
This industry is here to stay and so are the lobbist. The unfortunate part is DM and EVFN are riding the wave created by the extreme and the energy industry. Also we have to throw in the oil countries of the middle east and all the turmoil. Dm never did plan to go any further then to ride out the initial hype created. It is the epitemy of a pump and dump. There is no tangible assets that would make me believe this company or DM will ever become anything more. Look at the history and think about where you are now (financially). Where in all the years companies have been around that DM is associated with is there any proff of success? DM has figured out how to bilk the public of millions while not ever producing anything of value for the investor. The man lives a lavish lifestyle off his formula for life and it won't ever change. In the now, two years I have been involved (lossed money) with this company; I have made thousands in other investments and for the most part never holding more then two weeks.
It is totally rediculous to expect this to ever pan out. For those who continue to hang on and continue to remain positive in the future of this company; move on, your time, your energy, your peace of mind is better utilized in another investment.
