How come our own EC lawyer, the great Susman (!), cannot file requests like the Hoffman team?!?!?!?

I just do not understand!

Btwy, is Hoffman Bopfan?

Thanks

If the issue of valuation goes before the jury, the jury will take into accout the examiner's report heavily, aren't they?

So, Susman and his team should work on tearing apart the examiner's report!

AIMHO.

Im liking the motion.

Susman Godfrey is a brilliant litigation shop - not a specialized bankruptcy firm - and they may have missed it.

They didnt miss it. WMI isnt abandoning the claim, they are trading down the claim for peanuts- Not nothing-- something small. Susman cant tell WEIL to agrue for more, if Weil does not want to.

Collyer needs a jury to decide. A jury trail is where Sussman can ply their strengths. So recall, Sussman conferred with WEIL in the early hours of this case and moved on. But, only to return by request of another law firm. They know the issues. They also know the work arounds.

<...because Susman Godfrey is a brilliant litigation shop - not a specialized bankruptcy firm>

That's a little scary...lol

You stated the EC needs to get behind this immediately..do they know that?
