I don't need to hear anything from the EC. They don't need to formally object to the Examiner's Report. All they need to be doing right now is putting together their case for the trial that begins on December 1st. Objecting to the Examiner's report in a filing is a waste of time. I'm sure they'll make their objections heard in court, and anything said in court is a matter of record, just like a filing.
