OK--I will offer 2 thoughts

First--The company needs to complete what it has started with the corporate restructuring/elimination of old business and cleaning up its capital structure--so there is a clear pic of who owns what,, and how much.

Second---borrowing money or getting financing requires collateral or a give up of equity ---- currently i see very little of that.

After the 'First' is acompolished satisfactorily to all, there may be some money available without looking at the 'Second'

And this may cause a nice rise in the pps ----according to the recent volume, it seems as though there are some people that think the company is moving in the right direction---

I have ask myself the same question over and over. But after following this co. for a number of years (the last year being the 1st year they have been out from under NIR's manipulation, so this last year I feel is the only year pertinant to talk about). Mr. Leeming and Mr. Goldman have been long time friends with the Mexicans that they have been trying to obtain financing from for a long time.

Bobby introduced these people to the company a while back (years) back when the co. was UNSR (yes the same ticker they are trying again to obtain).

Mr. Goldman and Mr. Leeming seem to be very loyal to ther friends, as well as each other, which I believe they have the same loyalty to us the shareholders.

So what I guess I am saying that I think this loyalty is a great attribute to have in leaders of this co..

Another thing to consider, would the one providing the financing finance this co. before new permits are signed.

I don't how many of you know HOW BIG A DEAL IT IS to obtain agreements with another country and get all the permits signed for treasure hunting.

VERY RARE even knowing the qty. of ships that have gone down in the 1500-1800's!!

I strongly feel the co. will do right by there friends and us the shareholders.
