No problem. I thought maybe I missed something. Some here only believe what is PR'ed. Like you, I trust others DD.

Here is what the Oct. 7 PR said.

"While negotiations are underway, completion of a prototype within this fourth quarter 2010 seems feasible pending the outcome of said negotiations and any unforeseen delays or constraints that may arise throughout the engineering process . . . "

this time line is much sooner than 90 days.
