Good morning. Simple reason not enough pressure to break .031, so our seller brings it down to a price where he knows buyers will eat it .03 . But at the same time those that were at the bid at .03, bring their price down to .029 knowing that someone is just willing to sell at a lower price than the current price. I believe we will break the .03 resistance this week and that will become our next support.
