I think it is unprofessional to ever record anybody without their knowledge and I will never do it under any circumstances. I guess my standards are higher than yours.
As I stated the purpose of calling the company was to find out whether it made it to the BOD or not. It was not to prove the incompetence of anyone.
One copy was sent to the company and the other was sent to Dan Keeney. This is how the Proxy statement said was the proper procedure to contact the BOD. We followed that procedure. Both letters were sent certified with a return receipt both of which I received back. But that does not prove they made it to the BOD. The letter could have been suppressed either accidentally or intentionally and the board may have never seen it. One letter could get misplaced. I doubt it would happen twice.
The letter was posted on this message board and I have no intention of posting it again. If someone else wants to do that it is fine with me. The issues we have were clearly presented. I suggest you try reading it before you criticize it. That usually helps your understanding.
This letter was not from me it was from 60 some shareholders with over 45 million shares. They have chosen to ignore it. That, in itself, is incompetence.
