I received something similar, except there's a big fat "Do Not Mail" over the right side. No checkboxes, signature lines or anything else on the right side, just blank.

There is a note above this stating that the ballot is for informational purposes only and I should contact my financial institution (Firstrade) if I wish to make an election.

I got the package w/ CD, no return envelope, though.

Anyone else get something like this? Do I need to vote by phone or do I not get to at all? Shares were purchased in Nov. 2008.

Just noticed the reply by date, is Nov. 8th, checked mine from Penson same thing, Scottrade is the 11th, ever get the feeling they don't want our vote?

can you tell me what this "offer" in the ballot refers to? I have the same thing from Penson. Does it refer to granting releases of some kind or is it something else.
