I think in this case it was probably a 505 REG D offering since at the time it was suggested by the genius through his IR guy at the time that they had funders willing to commit up to $5M to EFFC fwiw lol. And of course just like everything else back in those days...the 1 big caveat in whatever kind of funding it was back then is that I doubt very much it was handled even remotely properly by whoever it was that conspired with RH at the time;)
