That's what I've been saying for a long time. TM isn't going to do a deal with CLYW knowing full well that a day later they could be found in default of the 2008 agreement and then lose the patent to Daic. Would you buy a house from someone knowing that they don't have clear title?

no. cause in a filing it clearly states for the purpose of the T-mobile lawsuit the 2008 agreement stands so as far as t-mobile is concerned its a question of are they infringing on the patents or not? and then how the moneys get divided is no longer t-mobiles business and that's between Diac and CLYW to determine.
