From t-mob's perspective, it would be in their best interest to settle the patent infringement case while seemingly they would get a better deal now while Clyw is in a state of flux so to speak, if indeed they feel like they would lose the infringement case... But, would t-mob sign a license agreement or buy them out without clear ownership of Clyw?

Surely, there have been conversations between the companies and possibly a plan of action from both sides dependent on the case against Daic...

Seems to have great support at .10 right now. I'm glad I was able to add more shares today. Hopefully we get some news soon.

That is like saying "In 2008 I brought a house, the contract that I brought it with says it is mine, I have breached that contract by not paying, now I am going to sell the house to you. Don't worry that the bank, who is trying to foreclose on the house says it is theirs, you can trust me. My filings with the court even say it is mine."

I doubt TM is that stupid. They are using the patent. They don't need to change anything. They will wait it out.

In addition, I fail to see how it is our best interest to close the deal BEFORE we settle the state court case.
