I guess the state didn't check pinksheets before they answered his inquiry. Sloppy sloppy.

Info at the State is the ONLY correct info. Pink sheets gets their info from the crap sent to them by the company (the quarterly reports) or from other sources. The info at the state is updated daily with a one week lag time AT MOST. They are certainly not several months behind when the PR's said the reduction had taken place. The info I provided is from the state as of yesterday.

Sorry - call the State and complain.

I queried the TA several months ago and asked them which company they represented, our company or the new company. They assured me that the only reported on the new company. Looks like they either lied to me or they have been defrauded also. NOT GOOD!
