If the stock remains above a dollar from here on it will represent a 100% gain over the low of last year (not counting the extreme dip to .40). Extrapolating from there we might reasonably expect higher highs as well to go along with the 100% higher low. That's assuming there is something driving this other than charts and Patrick Cox. I don't think 2.1 million is a chart play but it's also a litle odd to have this clockwork-like move up after a cox report.
