It's not difficult to see why Cox has a far stronger effect on the PPS than PR's. Cox has a loyal following of investors with money, who jump when he writes anything. Also, his "the best thing since sliced bread" prose is not restricted as is the language necessarily followed by NNVC in their PR's.

By the way, I agree that NNVC is the best thing since sliced bread. (My age may be showing with that old timey expression).
