DrLarzo CTKH does have between 5,000 and 8,000 shareholders. Hey you might be onto something. DisplayTek Mr Hilal was looking to fund it, could it be so CTKH would have less than 10 million in assets and still would not have to file. Hey CTKH could siphon off millions into a few diff start up corps. And that would keep CTKH under 10 million.
