Every transaction is BOTH a buy and a sell. Are you with me so far? The boards list them as a buy or a sell merely by whether the transaction occurred an the ask or bid. If the transaction is BETWEEN the ask and the buy it is listed as a "?". Are you still with me? When there is "no BID" the only way the system can list it is as a "buy". In your case, you apparently bought what someone else had already put up for SALE.

Rhetorical question: If there was a bid/ask or 1/2 and you could have bought at EITHER?. would you have done so at .0001 or .0002?

Maybe for people like you, the reporting services should change the terminology to request/available so you won't get confused.

as long as everything is occuring at 0.0001 what does it matter unless there is shorting? any shorter that would mess w/ lanza at this point, no matter how pathetic things look, is playing w/ fire, any small company can in a flash turn against shorts and buddy up w/ shareholders to make some quick profits if indeed they can lure the shorts in to do something stupid. Only a direct buy from lanza would be a safe play for shorts, they would never be middle men, imho, they would short w/ the knowledge that the offer is available for even cheaper shares, and depending on what their sales are, they buy direct from lanza's printing press accordingly, as soon as the buying interest drys up, they pack up and move on.
