the NSE status had to do with the FDA telling Dean we dont believe your device works safely or works at all...you need to prove it to us with clincial trials...
we dont beleive it is SE to existing devices in the marketplace
this stuff isnt hard folks...it is right in front of your face...
the critical issue is wether or not a reputable consulting firm will take on the Dominion....they will most likely get shares....and a fee....however reputable firms will NOT take on a device that doesnt work...
