I'm pretty sure it reads if they find 500M more plus $1, the 500M gets us in the door and all the preferreds divy up the ONE DOLLAR...there I think I got that straight....lol...according to examiner we're still 500M from our turn to start seeing moolah, at this time....but I'll trade, buy-sell buy-sell ect... and make that in no time..lol
