ok... let's say that for arguements sake that the $1.00 was par

and percentage wise the P preferred had $3 billion worth; the H preferred was $500 Million; and the K preferred $500 million.

P's had 1 million shares; H's had 10 million shares and K's had 20 Million shares.

what would be the fair percentage of P's and K's if H's are already settled? Let's say for arguements sake that of that $1.00 H's got 50% and was already paid... so P's and K's got the other 50 cents. how would you divide that?

Now knowing that 10 cents on the dollar would equate to $100 per share for P's.
