Naked Short Selling can go on for years. That is until there found out about. It's kinda like a slowly accumilated debt.

Huh?? When you short a stock--with or without a borrow--you tie up money in margin and maintenance. If you short a penny stock, we are talking about a LOT of money.

You will not see that money, or any profit, until you CLOSE YOUR POSITION. It makes no sense to short anything for "years".
