$2 million worth of stock at todays closing price is like 900 million shares, mmmmmmm. That does not bode well for dilution and that is down right scary, something will be rotten in Austin. O T Hill cannot buy the shares on the open market because the funds wont go to the company, it needs to be a direct purchase from EDWY to end up in Corp coffers. Either way that a lot of shares and dilution to my already severely watered down share value. This stock really blows.
