Maybe that's what they're working on right now.

And in regards to the "there wasn't enough time" statement. That same statement was used in the other Examination reports Hocheburg submitted (i.e. Refco) and yet those examinations were strongly used by the court. So I wouldn't put much weight in that. Seems more like common legal language that they have to put into the report. IMO

Can he do this is this even feasible and legal and would the judge even allow it. You would think that if he was going to it would be filled by say tonight or sometime last night

Also are there missing paragraphs in this report that would equate to the redactions of the full report? I'm just curious?
