Nobody is arguing that MRK will not do all it can to make sure the drug is successful, be responsible to paitents, etc. - however - that in no way relates to how MRK communicates what it is doing to ARIA investors (MRK investors could care less at this stage). The point is that MRK did not promise to tell us when the triggering event occours , or when they have analysed the data, etc. - they probably warned HB not to say anything as well. So FOR ALL YOU KNOW the Trigger event has already occoured/ or not.
MY POINT IS that making timming judgements on ARIAs stock price based on conjectures regarding RIDA timming is very syspect.
