If cash equals more than the value of the stock and the company is profitable, I'm usually a buyer. Even if the company continues to lack in ceratin aspects, as long as they add cash every quarter to a balance sheet with no debt, I'm a buyer.

When you buy stock, you're buying the assets of a company which includes the cash. If the company goes starts to go downhill, stockholders would eventually call for the return of the cash in the form of a special dividend.

How someone could not be a buyer of JGBO right now puzzles me.

1. it's growing, perhaps you mean you want it to double growth in a year?

2. Pope is not the problem.

3. Companies don't pump for flippers, but generate news for shareholder knowledge and support.

4. yeah the companies guidelines leaves something to be desired, schedules met pretty late as far as obtaining patents or permits to manufacture, Although here in the sates time is also the problem.

5. strategy, has been making money and they'll done that well.

6. it is common for a factory to acquire extra land at what they deem to be a good value for future expansion, not all companies make the extra jump though, so this is unimportant.

7. lack of confidence begins not in the general market for just JGBO. or is it?

The reason the stock is undervalued or seems to be, is because it's acquired in loans cash, the green back, good ol' USD, buck.. some 50 million...
However, even with double the loan amount inside of it's portfolio, it has not rewarded it's shareholders, by returning the volley.. Moreover it's sole ability to do business in USA, is by means of selling stock..

I stopped looking through the net a few years ago, but back then I never found this Chinese rule? of not being able to export cash.. and without this, what's the point in owning this except to flip it??

The company joined d the market to raise funds, cash.. and uses it's shares to fund all US business?? this means not just Pope, but all USA expenses are meet via dumping shares..

Now the old CEO left?? and just how many shares did he own> and how's he getting his take from em?? probable dump.

seems to me the only problem is that the chinese "Rules" "Law" whatever, is designed for mergers to get cash, and sends nothing in return..

CFO?? yeah, You'd like a CFO who only speaks Chinese? living over there? ll, She's just fine, and a good go-between, ambassador for the company.. other wise you'd have to deal with some careless looser, IR. who knows zip to nothing, and or is only a cheerleader. ...

Value is intrinsic, and for my money, using stocks as cash, or profits, is a flipper company. flip em until they can pay debts verses explode shares. .

It's gotten to the point where, the only thing you are "owning" is a pile of electronic media, which never stops growing.
