4. yeah the companies guidelines leaves something to be desired, schedules met pretty late as far as obtaining patents or permits to manufacture, Although here in the sates time is also the problem.
5. strategy, has been making money and they'll done that well.
6. it is common for a factory to acquire extra land at what they deem to be a good value for future expansion, not all companies make the extra jump though, so this is unimportant.

The reason the stock is undervalued or seems to be, is because it's acquired in loans cash, the green back, good ol' USD, buck.. some 50 million...
However, even with double the loan amount inside of it's portfolio, it has not rewarded it's shareholders, by returning the volley.. Moreover it's sole ability to do business in USA, is by means of selling stock..
I stopped looking through the net a few years ago, but back then I never found this Chinese rule? of not being able to export cash.. and without this, what's the point in owning this except to flip it??
The company joined d the market to raise funds, cash.. and uses it's shares to fund all US business?? this means not just Pope, but all USA expenses are meet via dumping shares..

seems to me the only problem is that the chinese "Rules" "Law" whatever, is designed for mergers to get cash, and sends nothing in return..

Value is intrinsic, and for my money, using stocks as cash, or profits, is a flipper company. flip em until they can pay debts verses explode shares. .
