I am here, with and among all here, and I appreciate what you said.

And I will post once I make it through the entire report. I am reading it closely, and have already checked in with a few via phone.

I don't, for one, plan on acting rash. I don't see a need to post quickly, for posting's sake.

Of course, I'm frustrated. But I'll read more, online and in the Report first.

I think it's important that everybody try to calm down. I think this is the kind of thing that WithCatz was trying to warn everyone about over the last few days. I saw this report as being very cold and straightforward as the examiner saying he didn't have enough time (said over and over), and that he did not find or was not able to find evidence to back most of the claims either way (didn't have time and couldn't find evidence could very well be related since one could possibly lead to another). I think this was his way of suggesting, without really suggesting, that a case trustee be appointed, or something to that effect.

Personally, I'd love to hear Catz's take on this. I rather like his colder, emotionless, and straightforward statements of what he is seeing and how he sees things unfolding. Please Catz, talk to us. Thanks in advance.
