It is very clear that the company has identified 35 individual beneficial holders as they reported in their Q3 report.

I'm not sure why people would have us believe they are brokerage houses, street name, double counted etc.

The company did perform a recent stock audit and is retiring certificates as a result of the buy back program down to a float of 20 million. They would be working very closely with the TA for the last few weeks here.
