Il Padrino. Don't worry about insider trading. How high up the laddre is the CTKH employee ? Is he/she an officer of any kind ? If the person is back in the factory then it is NOT insider trading. Plus you are getting this from your father who is getting it from a friend who has a son working there?? I believe if your father or more so the father of the employee was posting this and the employee was an officer then there would be a problem.

Il Padrino, you have no worry about inside information. Even Martha Stewart was not prosecuted for insider trading. She was prosecuted for lying to the feds, since they had no case against her for insider trading. Insider trading applies only to those in the company who trade from the knowledge they have as "insiders", hence the term "insider trading." Also, I always wondered why you didn't just call your father's friend's son yourself, no harm to you to get the info since that doesn't amount to insider trading if you gain the info and then trade based on that info. (If you father's friend's son traded on the info, that would be classical "insider trading.")GR
