correct Dec 1 quick trial involving Black Horse and Reits?, but even that could change? I did not realize that till a few days ago myself,if examiner report shows positive for us shareholders, this BK is heading into next year as POR v6 will unravel, and debtors will scramble to revise while a slew of alternative plans enter the game,Dec 1 trial or no trial, if I'm not mistaken....IMO
