How exactly does a buy out work? I think it might be better if there was no buy out but I would still like to hear the specifics of it

Just to remind you, I remember when Amana (1967/68, then Div of Raytheon) introduced the RadarRange to the household market. Big Hit, but now they are not even a player in the household microware oven business. That is why I think a buyout is coming. Till tthen, I will continue to grow my nest!
