I'd guess mid-November, like last year.

They are going to have to start taking the deadlines more seriously if they want investors to take the company seriously.

Gotta be a two-way street.

But, with PERT laying off today, I think we could close nicely green -- perhaps after touching down at the 50-day MA at 8.6c. Regardless, this will eventually start another leg up.
