#7339 RE: Long-vestor #7338

I've followed this board for a long time but I have yet to post so here goes. First of all I think JGBO is insanely cheap but for whatever reason, investors are having a crisis of confidence with this stock. There are alot of issues:

1. Growth is questionable.
2. Payment of Pope RMB
3. Unsophisticated managment to deal with the markets - ie. communications is lacking.
4. Execution - as one example, this Hongrui has taken longer than I would have thought to get going.
5. Strategy. IMO, the new CEO has yet to articulate their strategy. Are they going to acquire new drugs? development of their own? Marketing of TCM's?
6. Strange events - what's the long term purpose of the expensive land purchase? As far as I can see this company is a long way from firing on all cylinders
7. General market unease with Chinese microcaps.

Having said all that, they have a ton of cash and are trading at a ridiculously low multiple. I'm long but I guess i'm questionable as to whether this management will get it done in the long run.

One other point - I think Elsa is not qualified enough to be a CFO. Just looking at her experience (i'm a qualified accountant) and I don't think she has the pedigree needed to be a CFO of a listed company. Anyways, these are my thoughts. I really can't believe this stock has fallen so low so i've bought a few times on the way down.
