Many of the people associated with this scam likely dont even exist. Except Pino, Pillay (probably Nico Botha) and Tom Hands.

There are people in the past who were real such as Barkev G Kibarian II, former alleged CFO hired by Pino who was involved with the MLON/BCIT fiasco (a pill head who was caught by the cops in his closet after smashing into several cars - that police report was hilarious) - John Young was probably real too - like Tom Hands only more dull. Though Alejandro Cerda Uranga was likely Pinos alias.

They are one big happy "family" with a bad case of multiple personality disorders - just a low rent version of the Mafia.
