One answer: Share Structure compared to revenue.

Could definitely hit low pennies (.10+) IMO with the right set of news which I think Troy is going to have over the next 3-4 weeks.

A dollar would only occur if this company did a major overhaul, including instituting a significant stock buyback program, which would make no sense to do at this time.

This company has serious legs, but $1 is a beyond a moon shot, IMO

Because it's never been at $1 in the past. You're looking at prices that are multiplied due to reverse splits. All of these penny stocks are the same so once you realize that, the quicker you'll start banking on them
