One answer: Share Structure compared to revenue.

Could definitely hit low pennies (.10+) IMO with the right set of news which I think Troy is going to have over the next 3-4 weeks.

A dollar would only occur if this company did a major overhaul, including instituting a significant stock buyback program, which would make no sense to do at this time.

This company has serious legs, but $1 is a beyond a moon shot, IMO
