TFN, I know you are a smart guy and I know that you know none of that can be proven because none of it exist, there is no company, management, board of directors, its lingo that gets the newbie caught up holding the bag when the only business this "company" was ever in was selling stock, same for 99% of pink sheets.
You have been on IHUB long enough to know this, its time for the newcomers to understand this process.
When people here say "know what you hold", unfortunately, what they are holding is worthless stock.
Show me the casinos.
Show me the clothing line sales.
Show me the real estate assets.
etc...
They can't, all they can do is have forward looking statements of things to happen in the Future to keep people in.
The divi was one, did you ever think it were to be paid ? Of course not, all it did was keep people in for a tad longer in order for the "company to sell more."
Now the share buyback is the same exact trick, not sure how you can fall for one and also the other...being slapped across the face once is usually enough, unless of course, you enjoy it.
I can go back in time and read all the pre-divi posts of how everyone were to be rich, the short squeeze, buy more stock with the divi...every single last one of those shareholders is under water, ever last one of those shareholders will remain under water. This is reality, anything else is irrelevant.
Been screaming this for over half a year...the same music is still playing.
CDIV is no different.
GRNO is no different.
