My understanding is that the entire BEHL share structure will transfer to BNPD at a rate of 1 share for every 10. This is to include all of the BEHL preferred shares outstanding.
But the information about this has only come from the COB Dennis Fisher. It is unclear at this time if His words are trustworthy.
I suppose everything will be made clear in the S-1 filing IF there is one filed. As of today there are no s-1 filings on file.
You'll notice my search parameters were to include all S-1 filings in the past 26 weeks. I sorted them alphabetically and Biocen is not shown in the results.
Sept 17 PR says ...the BEHL shareholders will receive a 10 to 1 stock dividend of BNPD. Plse read BEHL shareholders, which doesnt mean BNPD S/Hs. It's a 1:10 div bonus on yr current share number you have in BEHL. It is only the div shares that become BNPD stock. That's really all it reads.
