Some are in low, and that will tend to blunt rallies compared to what would happen if the stock had never gone so low. We know that.

there's no doubt in my mind that dutchess sells shares as quickly as possible. Bob used to time PRs with Dutchess share issuances. I'd bet anything they have 0 shares.
