On a more serious note, the jury is out on the solid waste permit requirement while they look at the BUD exemption clause which with just a casual evaluation looks to fit JBII's situation to a tee.

Ultimately, permit or no permit required, they will be granted permission to commence operation.

No one from the DEC from either dept says different. Up to the end of year is what Larry Sitzman has been telling everyone although it could be a lot sooner. His words. I think the absolute very minimum is 2.5 to 4 weeks.

If it takes longer, then it takes longer. Payday will strike here and that is the thought to hang on to.
